This sweet treat is filled with antioxidants from the dark chocolate, dried strawberries, and almonds! Make sure to grab at least 70% dark chocolate to gain these antioxidant benefits.
24 ounces 70% dark chocolate
8 ounces white chocolate
1/3 cup dried strawberries
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Line a 9×13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a double boiler or microwave, melt dark chocolate down slowly and stir frequently. If using a microwave, it’s best to heat in 20-30 second intervals then stir. Be careful not to overcook chocolate. Repeat same method with white chocolate.
Pour the dark chocolate on the prepared cookie sheet, spreading with a spatula to smooth it evenly.
Drop several spoonfuls of the white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate, then use a knife to swirl the white chocolate around.
Top with strawberries and almonds while chocolate still soft.
Let sit for 1-2 hours while chocolate hardens. Break into pieces and enjoy.
